Vacation villa rental contract:

Between Mrs M.T., residing  Av.Franklin Roosevelt, à 92 330 - Sceaux and Mr.& Mrs SMITH residing 1237 Columbia Avenue, KITIMAT BC,Canada, the following contract has been agreed upon:

Villa address: Belle Aurore”,  à BORMES ”

Beds numbers: 8 persons.

Home equipment: see attached list.

Arrival date: 22/04/00 at 4:00PM                                     
Departure date: 29/04/00at 11:00PM.

Rental rate: 1000,00 Euros

Down payment: 300 00 Euros

The balance will be paid 15 days before arrival. A 5, 000FF deposit cheque will be claimed at the arrival. It will not be cashed. It will be refunded on departure day.
