About the damage deposit:

Villa furniture is rather expensive. Everybody must take care of it. It’s the reason why we ask a 5000FF deposit (bank check).

At your arrival you get a check-list which is approved by the home caretaker. Please, check on your side, there is no problem and send it us back. If anything isn’t correct, call us immediately (01 40 91 91 49 or 
06 82 03 19 14). 

On departure day, we give you back your damage deposit after we have checked everything is correct.

NB: please, if something has been broken or lost, inform us. It’s first of all a matter of courtesy and politness (and also of quality insurance) for next guests….

 At your departure:

House must be left clean and in the same order you found at your arrival. 

Please don’t move furniture! 

You can get help for house cleaning (80FF/hour).
