VILLA "LA SOURCE" - BORMES LES MIMOSAS - France :

Bormes-les-mimosas is a typical village of the french Riviera located on the top of a hill overlooking the sea and the Golden Islands. Bormes is very famous for its mild climate and for gardens planted with mimosas and tropical flowers.

 Location : villa " La Source " is situated in a small, peaceful and wooded valley. It’s about one mile from the village and two miles from the beach. The park, all around the house, (80 acres) offers privacy ; it’s planted with cork oaks, pines and olive trees.

 The villa was built in 1990. The architect designed a large, comfortable but however typical house by using only local materials : tiled floors, chestnut beams and furniture, white washed walls. Outside, around the house, there are three shaded dining or rest areas.

 There are four bedrooms (two double and two twin beds) and a very large living-room. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and air conditioning.

 The home equipment includes washing and dishwasher machines, two fridges, microwave, satellite TV...

The swimming pool is 33 ft long and 17 ft wide. Its location guarantees an absolute privacy. There are two independent sunbathing areas. The garden around the pool is planted with Mediterranean or exotic species.
